Reading the description, you’d think Sea2o would be the perfect energy drink for a health conscious athlete like myself. Being organic and all.
Then you taste it, and it’s interesting. It might get old after a while, but it has a pleasant taste with a mild sweetness. Maybe a citrus taste? I’m not sure.
Seems good, but you know what? The only energy-yielding ingredient is agave nectar, which is just another form of sugar. So it’s nothing special. Other drinks are just like this (although most don’t claim to be “energy” drinks.)
As you could guess, the kick isn’t great, although I guess there is a little bit of a boost.
I’m glad I tried it, but when I’m pulling an all-nighter, I won’t be reaching for a Sea2o.

The flavor of the “original” is quite refreshing and unusual–rather akin to clementines blended with star fruit and maybe a hint of apple.
Granted, the “kick” of energy one would get from, say, a Monster or Red Bull is decidedly missing–there is no taurine or caffeine. That being said, for a “revitalizer,” this is NOT a bad choice. It’s got just a hint of a bubbliness (albeit it’s not carbonated) and a pleasing “mouth feel.”
Also, through the price is someone mid-range retail, some of the discount marketers DO carry it at reduced price. (I got my “original” flavor at, of all places, Big Lots for 50 cents a can!)
