The hit is just the same but you end up getting a whole heap of calories which you don't need at all! In fact I'm pretty sure the cals in normal Monster are what made me a bit full of blub last year! Anyway onto the drink! It tastes great, and I mean really great – much better than the 'normal' monster and I think it gives me the same kick if just a little delayed! Buy it!
