I love the blueberry slam but REALLY loved the energy burst. I run on treadmill 30mins and elliptical another 30min followed by stength training. Good thing I did! Even though I'm not a huge energy drink fan, these tasted amazing! The Original was good, but holy crap, the Apple and Blueberry flavors are sooooooo good!! The energy boost was great as well. Made me very alert and amped up. And two of the shots gave me plenty of energy for an eight hour drive on three hours of sleep! So there is definitely a noticeable boost that lasts for 3-5 hours, with no noticeable crash. I got these on sale for $1 per shot. Not sure of the regular price but I'm happy with what I paid. I was surprised, I was expecting the medicine taste, but Headshot did not have it. It was more like liquid candy. The boost was pretty decent, lasted about 5 hours with no crash.
