It has about the same amount of caffeine as coffee. That meant a big caffeine kick for me when I drank the whole 16oz can. (Your results may vary.)
Overall, I really like this drink because it is natural and organic, tastes good, and still provides a decent energy boost (and no crash.)

The kick is also very good I mean you can’t expect a better kick from a 100% natural energy drink.

I like the fruity flavor of this drink. Despite it’s good taste, it’s all natural and free from preservatives. That’s something that I wouldn’t normally expect from an energy drink that tastes as good as this one. I usually opt for anything with a fizz to give me a quick boost but this one isn’t carbonated, and it’s still okay. The after taste reminds me of medicine, but it’s not that strong.
I’m really glad to have found Guru Juicy. I try to keep a stock of it, although it’s really popular around these parts. I live in a bit of a fitness zone, I guess you could say. Me and all my neighbors are big on exercise and staying fit. We have our own workout group, and we all drink this stuff.
