Seeing all the ads about healthy energy, I decided to try the FRS concentrate. (It was a bit cheaper than the cans, and it was all-natural, unlike the powder. I got it at the local GNC.)
I started taking one glass of this each morning instead of my orange juice. It tastes the same, but it’s cool because it seems to give me an energy boost.
There is no quick energy boost like when I have an espresso, but it does seem to prevent me from getting tired. It’s much easier to stay awake and alert at work when I have FRS. It’s even better after a week or so when the nutrients seem to build up in your body.
To summarize, FRS won’t give you a kick like Red Bull, but it gives you a pleasant energy boost that lasts all day.

I decided to try out FRS when I saw an ad for it with Lance Armstrong. I had recently felt that I was always tired in the afternoon and had difficulty keeping my focus on tasks at work. So I decided I’d give this drink a try to see if it could keep me awake and more effective at my job.
I knew that other energy drinks were high in caffeine, gave you a crash afterward, and are generally unhealthy. So those were definitely not an option for me.
When I first tried FRS the taste was pretty good. It pretty much tasted like orange juice to me, but even better than those sour juices.
As far as any energy boost I did not really notice it that soon. Even after a few hours I did not feel a big increase in energy. But what I did feel was a sustained energy throughout the day. Normally, in the afternoons I would feel like taking a nap but after drinking this I never felt that fatigue. I think I most noticed the difference this drink made to me when I stopped drinking it. As soon a I stopped taking FRS I had that same tiredness later in the day.
So if you’re looking for an increase in energy this probably isn’t the drink for you, but if you want to have a healthy sustained energy then I would recommend FRS.

Well I have tried many flavors of FRS Energy drink like lemon, wild berry, orange and peach and I must say all of them have a pretty good taste, kick and the nutritional values. FRS actually means free radical scavengers, so they act like antioxidants in the body and hence have many positive effects.
Lemon flavor was better than the rest of the flavors. I think the kick too had some quicker delivery and long lasting time. The drink is far better taste then many other energy drinks available in the market. The price tag is also pretty cheap for me.
I will give it an 8.9/10.

FRS is a different kind of energy drink. It doesn’t give you the quick boost like you’d expect from an “energy drink.” Instead, it does something a whole lot better. FRS gives you the energy that you need to sustain you during your day. I love that feeling of never being tired and worn out. At least, that’s what FRS does for me.
I’ve heard a lot of people say that they don’t notice a difference, but again, it doesn’t give you a “boost,” it gives you prolonged energy.
I take FRS on a regular basis, and the orange flavor is absolutely the best (although I have yet to try the others since I fell in love with this one)! And the price, let me not forget that…I’d say it’s pretty darn cheap for the amount you’re getting. This drink gets a two thumbs up!

FRS Healthy Energy works quite well for me as an endurance athlete. Rather than taking it when I need a boost, I take it each morning and I can function well all day, even after a strenuous workout. I still get sore and worn out (it’s not so much a performance enhancer for me,) but I can function the rest of the day rather than lay in bed exhausted.
The liquid concentrate is my “go to” drink because it tastes great (the all natural orange is just like orange juice) and it’s cheap ($1.25 or less per serving.)
I avoid the low cal flavors due to the sucralose, but the all natural options are about as good as you can get for a healthy energy drink.
