What I drink to KEEP me up is a different story, but a can of Amp gets me to the shower at least. This product comes in a very small can, two sips and it's gone pretty much. From what I could tell, the taste wasn't horrid, but I never really notice the taste of this product. There is definitely a kick and it keeps me moving, not necessarily attentive...but I'm awake (physically, maybe not mentally), and moving... Amp offers a great sugar free energy drink though and I can't dispute that they work because I'm hooked on them now. For the ~$3 per day to get me up in the morning, I'd say it's worth it!
