I want to be like Jack Bauer. So when I saw this black and green can, it really reminded me of the show. And "green apple" is a cool flavor (like the Jones soda flavor which was good.) Starting out, this flavor was good. It was almost like green apple hard candy. The smell and taste are as good as the Jones green apple (if i remember correctly.) It also uses sugar rather than the crappy high fructose corn syrup, so that helps the flavor. I got this at Big Lots for 60 cents. That's a good deal. I think normally these were about $1.50 or more at Walgreens. So far, so good. Now the energy boost... Drank this can (yeah the full 16oz) at 4:00 pm, on a cloudy afternoon. I guess it's average for an energy drink. I could definitely feel the affects, although it wasn't as great of a boost as some drinks. There was a boost, but it didn't get me feeling really good at the same time! Just kind of caffeinated. Overall a decent drink but nothing spectacular. I won't buy any more. I watch 24.
