Starting out, this flavor was good. It was almost like green apple hard candy. The smell and taste are as good as the Jones green apple (if i remember correctly.)
It also uses sugar rather than the crappy high fructose corn syrup, so that helps the flavor.
I got this at Big Lots for 60 cents. That’s a good deal. I think normally these were about $1.50 or more at Walgreens.
So far, so good. Now the energy boost…
Drank this can (yeah the full 16oz) at 4:00 pm, on a cloudy afternoon.
I guess it’s average for an energy drink. I could definitely feel the affects, although it wasn’t as great of a boost as some drinks. There was a boost, but it didn’t get me feeling really good at the same time! Just kind of caffeinated.
Overall a decent drink but nothing spectacular. I won’t buy any more.
